How to tell if you're on a Freeway

Roads have been known to fool people. You might think you're on a freeway, but it just takes one stoplight to ruin expectations. Here's how to tell the difference.

1. Look at the speed limit. If it's 45 mph. or below, you're not on a freeway. 55 and above, freeway. Although there are some exceptions.

2. Watch for intersections. If you see a stoplight and/or stop sign, you're not on a freeway. Also, if you see a street sign, you're not on a freeway. But, if you come up to an exit, you're on a freeway.

Exactly. Hard to believe it was once an Interstate.
